Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our top priority. Before you return a Nomadic Weaves product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve received, we are happy to accept returns and issue refunds/replacements. Please read the information on this page for guidance and instructions on returning your products.
How do I know if an item is eligible for return or refund?
Currently, due to COVID 19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges.
We offer a 7-day return policy, i.e., you can place a return request for a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.
However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and refund your money:
- Any returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts missing, or is not in its original condition.
- Any item where the return request is initiated more than 7 days after delivery, or where the return does not reach us within 15 days of initiating the return request (in case of self-ship returns)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?
We do not offer a reverse-pickup service.
You can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at 199, Railway Road, Roorkee-247667.
As you prepare the product for shipment, please ensure that:
The product is packed safely with adequate protection from breakage during transit. All labels and tags are intact and included with the product, along with the invoice.
You mention your order number on your shipment.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you a received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request and we will set things right. Please mention your order number when you reach out to us.
What is the process to return a product?
First, submit a return request to initiate the return process. Please provide your order details and reason for returning the product.
Please arrange for the product to be shipped to us 199, Railway Road, Roorkee. Once your return is received, our operations team will inspect each product and approve the refund. Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns.
Once the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the following manner:
For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For cash-on-delivery orders, Refunds can only happen via E-Voucher/Credit coupon.
What about the refundable amount?

How long will it take to process my return?
It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
